How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days. Expedited shipping takes 3–5 business days. Note: Delivery times may be slightly delayed during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address modifications are only available within 12 hours after payment. Please contact us via email as soon as possible at info@liorvaco.com. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot adjust the destination.

Orders & Payment

How can I track my order?

Once your package ships, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. You can view delivery status on our Order Tracking page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards. All payments are securely processed via PCI DSS compliant gateways.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours before shipment. If the item has already been shipped, cancellation is unavailable. Please contact us at info@liorvaco.com as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my jewelry if I don’t like it?

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. For non-quality reasons (change of mind, wrong size, personal preference), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom engraved and clearance items are final sale.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and attach clear photos of the product and package. We offer a free exchange or full refund for qualified issues with no extra fees. Please email us first to get a prepaid return label.

Are your jewelry waterproof?

Most of our pieces are waterproof and tarnish-resistant for daily wear. To ensure a long lifespan, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools, entering the sea, or using harsh chemicals and perfumes.

Will the jewelry tarnish easily?

Our brass gold-plated accessories are crafted with an anti-tarnish coating. Proper storage away from moisture can effectively prevent oxidation.

How do I maintain my jewelry?

Avoid contact with sweat, chemicals, lotion, and seawater. Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing and store in dry packaging.
