Once your order is placed, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Normal shipping times are 10~15business days (Monday-Friday) . Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or high package volumes.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If the shipping address is incorrect and the package is delivered to the address on the order,Liorva & Co. is not responsible for replacing the order.
If a mistake on the address causes a 'return-to-sender' error, once the package is returned to our warehouse, we can resend it out for a fee of $8 for U.S. orders.
